Green smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana (optional: frozen)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of Spirulina

Preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender (optional: add 2 ice cubes or use a frozen banana) and blend.
  2. Serve fresh and enjoy!
