How do I earn points?

There are several ways to earn points! Scroll up to 'How Do I Collect Points?' on this page. You only earn points on completed purchases excluding all purchases and excluding shipping costs or taxes.

When will my points appear in my account?

Most of your earned points will appear immediately in your account. For some actions, such as leaving a review with a photo, you will receive your points after they have been checked by our team.

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points during checkout, on the page after the shopping cart. Simply click on "Use points" in the payment overview.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points expire after 3 months.

I have already shopped with you without an account. Where are my points?

If you have placed an order with the same e-mail address in the last 3 months, we have already saved your points in your account. You can see your points after you register.

What happens to my points if I return an order?
