Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 pitted dates
- 2 tablespoons almonds
- 1 tablespoon mix of flaxseed, cocoa and lucuma
- 200ml of coconut milk (or 100ml of coconut milk + 100ml of almond milk)
