Yoghurt & Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 250g 0% fat greek yogurt
  • 200g frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Preparation:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a powerful blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. If you want to prepare in advance, just blend the 3 ingredients (using fresh strawberries instead of frozen), then pour the mixture into an ice mold. Remove the smoothie cubes from the mould and blend them just before serving.
