Vege Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 85g chopped mango, frozen
  • 2 large handfuls of baby spinach
  • 30g pumpkin seeds
  • 20g Vege protein powder + 100ml water
  • Splash of kiwi juice

You will also need: a blender.

Directions:

  1. In a blender add all the ingredients.
  2. Blend for about 2 minutes or until it reaches your desired consistency.
  3. Enjoy!

Tip: Decorate with a few mint leaves.
