Vegan Seed Bread
Ingredients
- 100g coconut flour
- 150g pumpkin seeds
- 200g dark rice flour
- 150g sunflower seeds
- 3 tablespoons psyllium
- 3 tablespoons dried organic herb mixture
- Salt & pepper
- 600ml cold water
Preparation:
- Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl then add the cold water. Mix well to create a dough.
- Leave the dough for about 30 minutes to absorb the water and bind the ingredients together. The dough will become completely solid.
- Heat the oven to 180º/200º.
- Put the dough into the baking tray and shape. Sprinkle with sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
- Bake for about an hour until the bread is coloured, and ensure the dough is cooked through to the middle of the bread.
- Lift the bread to cool.
- Enjoy!
