Barley Grass Powder Balls

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp almonds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp light tahini
- 1-2 tbsp honey (runny)
- 1-2 tbsp barley grass powder
- Goji berries (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blitz until it starts to form a dough.
- Take a teaspoon full of dough in your palms and roll into a ball.
- Leave to set in the fridge.
Storage: Put the Barley Grass Power Balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
