Ingredients:
- 1 ripe tomato
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 juiced lime
- 1 tbsp spirulina powder
- A handful of chopped coriander
- 1/2 small finely chopped red onion
- 1 chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Crush the tomato to a pulp using a large knife.
- Add to a bowl with the avocado flesh.
- Tip the rest of the ingredients (except the coriander) in and mash until you reach the desired texture.
- Add the coriander and mix.
