Hemp Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 240ml unsweetened almond milk OR coconut milk
- 3 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 70g Hemp Protein Powder
- 70g whole grain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A small amount of coconut oil for frying
Preparation:
- Preheat a frying pan to about 360 degrees.
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk, flaxseed and coconut oil.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the hemp protein powder, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add the two mixtures and mix well to create a smooth consistency.
- Melt some oil on the pan.
- Scoop some batter onto the preheated pan. The amount is up to the size you like your pancakes!
- Cook until the pancake is brown on one side, then flip over to brown the other side.
- Leave to cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Enjoy!
