Hemp Protein Brownies
Ingredients:
- 65g dark chocolate
- 20g white chocolate
- 140g golden caster sugar
- 100g butter
- 75g Hemp Protein Powder
- 25g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 20g cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp crème fraîche
You will also need:
- Greaseproof paper
- Baking tin
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over boiling water.
- Once melted, leave to cool.
- Line a baking tin with greaseproof paper.
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Gradually pour the chocolate mix into the eggs and sugar.
- Gently fold in a figure of 8, but be careful not to lose the air.
- Sift the dry ingredients into the chocolate and egg mix in 3 sections, and then repeat the process of gently folding in the ingredients.
- Add the crème fraîche.
- Pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake for 25 minutes.
- Leave to cool down completely, then place in the fridge until cold.
- Cut into desired portion sizes.
