Hemp & Acai Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp acai powder
  • 1 cup smooth cashew butter (or any nut butter will work)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup dried coconut
  • 1/2 cup Hemp Protein powder

Method:

  1. Line a tray with greaseproof paper.
    • a. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Spoon out heaped tablespoons, one at a time, and press the mixture firmly together in your hands.
  3. Roll between your palms to form a ball and place on the lined tray.
  4. Place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
  5. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
