Healthy Seed and Red Fruit Biscuits

Ingredients for 15 biscuits:

  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 50g coconut sugar
  • 50ml coconut oil
  • 75g oat flakes
  • 75g desiccated coconut
  • 25g dehydrated/dried red fruits (blueberries, cherries, etc)
  • 25g mixed seeds

Preparation:

  1. Soak the chia seeds in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Crush the banana in a bowl, add the soaked chia seeds, coconut sugar and coconut oil, then mix well.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  4. Make small balls with your hands, flatten them slightly and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  5. Cook the biscuits for 20 minutes at 180 °, then let them cool completely and serve!
