Matcha Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 90g oat flakes
  • 18 pitted dates
  • 40g desiccated coconut
  • 40g almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon of matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped cocoa beans

Preparation:

  1. Soak the dates for 10 minutes in cold water, then drain well.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a powerful blender, except the cocoa beans.
  3. Once you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, add the cocoa beans and knead with your hands to distribute them.
  4. Make small balls by taking a teaspoon of dough each.
  5. Continue until the dough is finished.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
  7. Store for 15 days in the fridge in an airtight jar or in the freezer for 3 months.
