Guarana Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 50g Guarana powder
- 100g self-raising flour
- 50g butter
- 1 egg
- 2.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 heaped tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
Method:
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the butter and egg to the mix, stir and then knead the dough well.
- Squeeze the dough into rolls and cover with cling film. Leave the dough in the fridge for a minimum of four hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Unpack the dough rolls and cut into equal sized cookie-shaped discs.
- Distribute the biscuits evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
