Ingredients:
- 100g melted butter
- 200g coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 350g gluten-free flour
- 400g chocolate chunks
Directions:
- In a large bowl, whisk the melted better with coconut sugar.
- Add the eggs, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add in the baking soda, salt, flour, and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth and no flour remains visible.
- Stir in the chocolate chunks.
- Shape into flat discs and place on a baking tray.
- Bake at 375ºC for about 9 minutes or until golden.
