Cleansing Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ Cucumber
  • A handful of Frozen Peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon of Lime Powder
  • 1 Kiwi Fruit
  • 1-2 teaspoons Chia Seeds (depending on the consistency preference)
  • ½ teaspoon Barley Grass Powder
  • ½ Apple
  • Splash of Coconut Milk

Preparation:

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Taste and add coconut milk or banana if preferred for added sweetness.
  3. Enjoy fresh!
