My immune system is shockingly bad and I get ill so much! It really started annoying me the amount of time I was ill, but since I've started taking these it is a lot better. I still get a cold and that occasionally, but nowhere near as much.
I always get coughs and colds and since taking this there are a lot less of them or they're not so bad.
Really happy with the amount of different ingredients in it! Even happier that they are vegetarian friendly too!!
