Purple Spirulina Lollies

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 2 tsp spirulina powder
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 200g coconut yoghurt
  • 30g blueberries
  • 80g blackberries
  • 40g Acai Berry powder
  • 30g red grapes
  • 8 wooden ice lolly sticks

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into 8 ice lolly moulds.
  3. Insert the lolly sticks last.
  4. Freeze for 4-5 hours (or until frozen).
  5. Remove the mould. (Dip into hot water if you’re struggling).
  6. Serve immediately.
