Matcha Tea and Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 60 g (5 teaspoons) of Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Powdered Matcha Tea
  • 5 packs Natural Sweetener (Stevia, Truvia, etc.)
  • 300ml Unsweetened Almond Milk with Vanilla
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 15 drops of Almond Extract

Serving Suggestion: add a little coconut cream, fresh strawberries, grated white chocolate and an extra sprinkle of matcha.

Preparation:

  1. Get all the ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Cover and shake.
  3. Pour it into a jam glass, close it well and store it in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
