Maca Cocoa Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 100g pumpkin seeds
  • 100g raw sunflower seeds
  • 100g raw pistachios
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 10 pitted medjool dates
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2-3 tbsp water

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, grind all the ingredients except the water and dates.
  2. Add the dates and continue to pulse.
  3. Add the water, 1 tablespoon at a time until a dough starts to form.
  4. Roll the dough into balls and place in the fridge to firm up.
  5. Eat and enjoy!
