A take on something that has drunk the world over, mulled wine is all about taking something great and then making it even better for a cold day. As you may have guessed, Mulled Wine is sourced from Red Wine, meaning that you can expect to find inside it all of the natural benefits of Resveratrol, the active agent in Red Wine that is linked to supporting your body's natural defences. Mulled Wine is also typically made with pure acai berry and Cinnamon, which boasts its famed warming thermogenic properties for boosting metabolism to pass unwanted chemicals. As a bonus, Mulled Wine is served warm and is just what you need on a frosty Autumn evening.

2. Green Tea

This beverage is more of an all-year rounder, but Green Tea is especially nice to have in the Autumn and winter as the temperature starts to dramatically fall. Green Tea is different to its classical cousin in that it's more pure and natural and you can taste this with every sip Matcha green tea is both cleansing and invigorating. Each brew is bursting with Tea Catechins, which are great for complementing the management of weight, and also ridding your body of unwanted chemicals.

This aromatic Autumn beverage effectively kills 2 birds with 1 stone when it comes to detoxification, by targeting you inside and out. Coffee alone will provide a swift boost of Caffeine which can work to boost the metabolism and therefore the rate you pass chemicals out of your body. A Dark Chocolate one will provide you with little to no sugar, and a hearty serving of the natural benefits of the famed Cocoa bean which reduces tiredness and fatigue. Dark Chocolate is rich in Iron, Potassium, Magnesium and plenty of other micronutrients which can help craft an internal set of systems that are primed and ready to remove toxicity.

Drinking Water at a temperature that is hot (but not hot enough to scold the inside of your mouth!) can have a wealth of benefits. Firstly the heat can help you to clear your nasal passages, and secondly, once the hot water reaches your digestive tract, it can provide lubrication to the digestive system whilst the heat can help to break down more tricky foods. For a feel-good effect, you can also add magnesium-rich Moringa and enjoy the myriad health benefits of moringa powder.
