Would be easier is what was written on it was in English but figured it out without too much trouble.
So far so good. Not weighing myself looking for inches not pounds.
I have only started using these so it's hard to say whether they work. I ordered a pack of 5 and have used 3 so far. So far I haven't seen a difference. Good quality and a strong scent. Only downside so far,as it is hard to say if these patches work or how many are needed to make a difference, is that the skin is left quite sensitive and red after the removal of the patches. Can be a slight hot,burning sensation on application but not all the time. I have stopped using these patches because on application of the 4th Patch,I could really feel it burnng my skin. I removed it straight away. My skin is red,raw and constantly itchy. Hopefully some moisturiser will help stop the irritation. This product certainly does not agree with me.
